ECM Synchronika: Steam Valve Seal Inspection/Replacement

If you close your steam valve and experience a leak (it is normal for steam to escape for a couple seconds), the steam valve seal may have an obstruction or need replacing.

To perform this repair you will need to have your machine unplugged and completely cool.

Tools required:

  • 2.5 mm, 3mm, and 6mm allen keys
  • 17mm wrench

1. The first step is to remove the top and side panels.

2. Next, using the 2.5mm and 3mm allen keys, remove protruding frame component.
