Here's an excellent video from Warren's Zen showing the process. It's quick and simple and will ensure your machine won't go into standby mode when you don't want it to.
NOTE: The Lelit Bianca V3 is equipped with both a Standby Mode and a Sleep Timer. If you don't want your Lelit Bianca to shut itself off, you'll need to make sure both are disabled.
Lelit Bianca Sleep Timer:
1. Enter the LCC settings menu by pressing the "-" on the PID.
2. Press the "-" button to scroll through the LCC settings until you reach the Sleep Timer, indicated by a moon icon and some sleepy zzz's.
The number tells us how many minutes the machine will wait until it shuts itself off.
3. Press the "+" and the Sleep Timer setting will begin to flash. Immediately, press either the "-" or "+" to set the Sleep Timer to your desired time. Use the "-" button to scroll all the way down until the time displayed says "OFF" to turn the Sleep Timer completely off.
4. Give the machine a moment to return to its normal operating mode.
