Below are photo instructions for draining the steam boiler on the A53 / Vivaldi plumbed-in model. Before doing this allow your machine to fully cool off, remove the water line from the machine and unplug the machine. The machines are fine to ship with a full coffee boiler but we do not recommend allowing the machines to enter freezing environments with a full coffee boiler as it can damage the coffee boiler. Tools needed:
