We recommend removing your drip tray, top tray and water tank before draining your boilers as well as allowing your machine to fully cool off. Tools needed:
7mm wrench or adjustable wrench
drain bucket or sink
towel

*Don't forget to open the hot water tap and brew lever to allow water to flow from the boiler without creating a vacuum in the boilers that prevents water from escaping.
