Shipping within the USA (48 lower states)

The majority of shipments leave directly from our distribution warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. Some machines and accessories ship from other importers based in Seattle, Portland, OR, and New York. No matter where your order is shipping from, we promise to select the fastest and safest delivery method for free on all USA orders over $75. 

Note: Clive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that a package goes missing, please start a claim with the carrier (UPS claims link here), then let us know as soon as possible so we can help with any further questions.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

We offer subsidized shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call our team of coffee experts to get the best rate possible for machine and grinder orders. 

Shipping outside the USA

Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange shipping outside the USA. We can ship to a U.S. address for freight forwarders. Machines and grinders can not be delivered to a P.O. Box address.
