LUCCA Solo: Panel Removal
Below you will find step by step instructions for removing the panels of the LUCCA Solo.
Tools Needed:
- Flat head Screwdriver
- Adjustable Wrench
The machine should be unplugged and cool to the touch before you begin.
- Remove and set aside the cup warming tray and water reservoir.
- Remove the 5 Phillips screws (2 on each side and 1 on the back) and then slide the body panel off of the machine:

If removing the Z-Panel is necessary continue with the following steps.
- Disconnect the wires from the power supply socket. Note where each wire is connected to ensure they are properly positioned when reconnected. (Pro Tip: Take a photo of the power supply socket for reference). If needed, use a Flathead Screwdriver to pry the wires off the back of the socket.

2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the 2 Z-Panel screws and use an adjustable wrench to remove the nut from the expansion valve.

3. Lift the Z-Panel off and set it to the side.

You've successfully removed the panels from your LUCCA Solo! To reinstall the panels, simply follow these instructions in reverse order.
