Trade-Up Program Details
Interested in upgrading your espresso machine or grinder? Below are the step-by-step details of how our Trade-Up program works.
- Submit your request. An estimate will be provided within 24-48 hours after we receive your form.
- Ship your machine or grinder back to us in its original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please contact us so that we can send it to you. This ensures that no shipping damage will occur en route back to us.
- Pack your machine in its original packaging. We have repackaging instructions for many machines.
- We will email you a return label. Drop the box off at a UPS location.
- Once we receive notification that your machine is en route back to us, the credit is yours!
- Decide on your new home setup. Or hold on to your credit for as long as you’d like! Credits never expire.
Important Note for Coffee Fanatics:
In the event that you can't stand to think of a morning without a complete home setup, fear not. If you would like to make a purchase prior to sending your product back to us, go ahead. Maybe what you have your eye on is back-ordered or will take a few days to get you. Simply make your new purchase in full and once your package is scanned at UPS, we'll apply the credit to your previous purchase.
