LUCCA A53 Mini / Mini Vivaldi: Cleaning Fill Solenoid

Below you will find instructions for checking and cleaning the fill solenoid on the A53 Mini.

Tools Needed:

  • Phillips Screwdriver
  • Adjustable Wrench

1. Remove the panels of your machine.

2. Remove the nut holding the solenoid body in place.

3. Remove the solenoid shaft. You may need to use a second wrench to counter-torque on the valve so that the bracket does not bend.

4. Clean the green rubber seat and ensure there is no scale buildup inside the solenoid housing.
