Connect your Machine
Download the La Marzocco Home app for Ios or Android.
Create a username and password.
Make sure your phone has its Bluetooth settings on.
Select the Linea Mini from the machine options. The app will then begin searching for your machine, be sure to follow the on-screen instructions.
Double-check the serial number, and tap on your machine.
Enter details for your machine and tap the icon to finish connecting.
Personalize your Machine
Boiler Temperature
To change the brew or steam boiler temperature, click on the settings icon.
Here, you can edit either boiler temperature to change the brew or steam boiler settings however you’d like from the settings menu.
Pre-Brewing
In addition to temperature, programmable pre-brewing - or pre-infusion as it’s commonly referred to - can be modified within the settings menu.
To use pre-brewing, switch the pre-brewing setting to “on.”
Select the time for pre-brewing; we’ve found 3-5 second works for most coffees.
Set the pre-brewing off time. The time set will be the length of the pre-brewing delay.
Auto Stand-by
To minimize power consumption, program your preferred time in the automatic standby option.
After your set time, the machine will automatically stop heating both boilers.
To wake up the machine, move the brew paddle left to right and wait about 10 minutes for it to get back up to full temperature.
Auto On/Off Schedule
If you’d like to take advantage of the automatic scheduling feature, tap on the “Auto On/Off” icon on the home page.
Switch this setting to “on” and edit each day with your preferred time.
When finished, your machine will automatically power on and power off at your listed time.
The Extras
Status
The ”status” section allows you to remotely power on/off your machine without touching the physical power switch.
Stats
On the home screen, click on “stats,” this section specifies the number of shots
pulled during your machine’s lifetime.
Resources
Within the app, you also have full access to La Marzocco’s library of how-to guides and frequently asked questions to help you become a better home barista.
If your machine needs servicing at any point, the app can also help you locate the nearest certified La Marzocco repair technician.
