Profitec Pro 700: Replacing Coffee Boiler Temperature Probe

Tools Needed:

  • 2.5 mm Allen Wrench

  • 14 mm Wrench

1. Machine should be completely cool and unplugged from the outlet.

2. Remove the top panel of the machine.

3. Unplug the wire connected to the temperature probe. The coffee boiler is on the left side of the machine while standing in front of it (the smaller of the two boilers).

4. Use your 14mm wrench to remove the old temperature probe, and then reinstall the new temp probe.
