Bezzera BZ10: Draining the Boiler

Learn how to drain the boiler of your Bezzera BZ10.

Tools needed:

 - large pitcher or cup 

NOTE: If the machine will not heat, see this article instead.

1. Machine will need to be on and both boilers need to be fully heated.

2. Start by removing the cup warming tray and the reservoir cover and set them aside:

2. Remove the tubing from the reservoir:

3. Turn the machine off and open the hot water valve (make sure to have a cup or a pitcher underneath the tap.)

Leave the hot water valve open until you no longer see steam or hot water coming from the tap.

You have successfully drained the boiler of your Bezzera BZ10!
