Please note that ALL support for Fellow products MUST go through Fellow directly. Fellow holds the warranty for their products.

Whether it's an out-of-the-box issue, an issue inside of the warranty, or outside of the warranty, ALL customer support-related issues MUST go through Fellow directly. Clive is an authorized retailer, but Fellow carries the warranty and support for their products.
