LUCCA A53 / A53 Mini: Programming Brew Temperature Settings

Below are instructions for programming the brew temperature settings on your La Spaziale LUCCA A53 / A53 Mini / Vivaldi / Mini Vivaldi espresso machine.

When the machine is in standard operating mode (powered on, power light solid), hold down the power button for 5 seconds to enter programming mode. This will make the power light flash as well as the set temperature light. From this programming mode, you can adjust both the machine's volumetric settings and the brew boiler temperature setting.

Tapping the hot water button in programming mode will bring the machine up one degree Celsius, continuing to tap the hot water button will cycle through all available temperature settings. Once your desired brew temperature is selected you simply need to exit programming mode.

To leave programming mode, tap the power button one more time and it will stop flashing and return to normal operation.
