LUCCA A53 Mini / Mini Vivaldi: Replacing the Pressure Gauge

If your pump and steam pressure gauge seem to be leaking, collecting condensation, or just not functioning, you may need to replace it. (Difficulty ☕☕)

You'll need:

- 7mm wrench or socket

- 13mm wrench (short)

Ensure the machine is fully cooled and unplugged before proceeding.

First, you'll need to remove the front panel of the machine.

You'll see the gauge is fastened by a small nut, with two connections coming off the back.

Using the 7mm socket or wrench, loosen that nut, and then remove it using your hands.

Use the 13mm wrench to loosen and remove the two brass nuts connecting the copper delivery tubes. Copper is a highly malleable material, so exercise caution when removing the nuts.

Pull the gauge free. Replace the gauge with a new one by following these steps in reverse order. If you have any questions, contact us at support@clivecoffee.com.
