Eureka Atom: Screen Issues
Below are photos to guide you through troubleshooting if the screen on your Eureka Atom espresso grinder isn't turning on.
Before doing this troubleshooting verify the grinder motor still functions even though the screen is off by pressing the dosing button. Once power to the motor has been verified unplug the grinder, remove beans from the chute and burr assembly and follow the steps below. Tools required:
- 2.5mm hex wrench
- 3mm hex wrench
- phillips screwdriver
At this point the front panel can be reattached to the machine before opening the bottom panel.
If all wires have been verified and are connected and the motor does work then the screen will need to replaced. Please contact us at tech@clivecoffee.com for information on how to move forward.
