LUCCA M58: Steam Wand Leak

Is the steam wand on your Quick Mill LUCCA M58 espresso machine dripping water or releasing steam when the machine is fully heated? Instructions below replacing the rubber seat that seals the wand.(Difficulty ☕☕☕)

Below are instructions for checking for an internal leak on an M58 steam wand and replacing the rubber seat that seals the steam assembly. Before attempting this repair we recommend unplugging the machine and allowing it to fully cool off.

Tools required:

  • 2x Adjustable wrenches

Reassemble steam arm and test for leaks as the machine reheats. Steam wand fittings may need to be tightened multiple times to create complete seals.
