Profitec Pro 800: Replacing the SSR

If your machine is having trouble heating up or are having intermittent heating issues, you may need to replace your solid state relay, here's how:

1) Remove the panels

2) Locate the SSR on the bottom left side of the machine.

3) Unscrew the bolt holding the SSR in place with a 3mm screwdriver or allen key

4) Gently remove the relay being careful not to unplug any of the other wires.

5) Swap out each wire in the same arrangement as in the old relay.

6) Replace the SSR, reattach it to the frame, and turn on your machine to ensure that things are now heating.

7) Reinstall the panels and enjoy!
