Machine Serial Number Locations

Here are the locations for the serial numbers for various makes and models of espresso machines. The SN is required for submitting a repair request form.

Quick Mill LUCCA M58 or LUCCA X58:

Located under the cup tray in the top left corner.

La Spaziale LUCCA A53 Mini and LUCCA DP:

Located on the front panel, to the right of the grouphead.

La Marzocco GS/3:

Located on the left side of the machine.

La Marzocco Linea Mini:

Located on the right side of the machine.

Profitec, ECM, and Bezzera Machines:

Most Profitec, ECM, and Bezzera serial numbers are located behind the drip tray of the machine.

ECM Casa V:

Located underneath the machine.

Lelit Bianca:

Located underneath the machine.

Lelit Elizabeth and Victoria:

Located on the back of the machine next to the power cable.

Rancilio Miss Silvia & Silvia Pro:

Located underneath the drip tray.
