Machine Serial Number Locations

Here are the locations for the serial numbers for various makes and models of espresso machines. The SN is required for submitting a repair request form.

LUCCA M58 or LUCCA X58:

Located under the cup tray in the top left corner.

QM

LUCCA A53 Mini and LUCCA DP:

Located on the front panel, to the right of the group head. Some newer versions have the SN located behind the drip tray.

La Marzocco GS/3:

Located on the left side of the machine.

GS3

La Marzocco Linea Mini:

Located on the right side of the machine.

LM

Profitec, ECM, and Bezzera Machines:

Most Profitec, ECM, and Bezzera serial numbers are located behind the drip tray of the machine.

Located underneath the machine.

Located on the back of the machine next to the power cable.
