ECM Casa V: Checking and Resetting the Safety Switch

Below are photo instructions for what to check first if an ECM Casa V espresso machine is not heating. These instructions also apply to the Profitec GO.

Before doing this we recommend unplugging the machine. Tools required:

  • 2.5mm allen wrench
  • multimeter(optional)
ECM Casa V: Not Heating
NOTE: Depending on the model year, your Casa may have two (2) additional screws along the back of the top panel. Those will need to be removed as well. This guide provides more information:
