Shipping within the USA (48 lower states)

The majority of shipments leave directly from our warehouse in Nashville, TN. Some machines and accessories ship from other importers based in Seattle, Portland, OR, and New York. No matter where your order is shipping from, we promise to select the fastest and safest delivery method for free on all USA orders over $75. 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

We offer subsidized shipping rates to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please call our team of coffee experts to get the best rate possible for machine and grinder orders. 

Shipping outside the USA

Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange shipping outside the USA. We can ship to a U.S. address for freight forwarders. Machine and grinders are unable to be delivered to a P.O. Box address.
